Here’s a little tip to speed up Windows XP
For Quick speed and available memory boost ion windows xp change these simple settings.
- right click on my computer and go to settings
- click the tab on the top that says advanced
- click the “settings” tab under performance
- Highlight “Custom” and Uncheck all the boxes where it says “Visual Effects” (Leave the bottom 3 checked)

Apply the settings and reboot your computer, (this does not change the boot up speed, but helps in all other aspects)
