You’re almost there! Now it’s time to actually build your site. Depending on your ability you can use just about anything. Microsoft’s “Expression ” or “Frontpage”  is a good start for beginners. It Gives lots of templates, shortcuts and is fairly easy to use. Build your site, publish it on the web and you’re off and running. Now, if its a business you’ll need to accept payment over the net. No need to pay all kinds of money for a Merchant account to get shopping carts. Just Use “PayPal. It’s easy to use, the largest on the net and has a very good reputation. (not to mention FREE). So there  you have it, if you did everything properly you spent less then $70.00 (with the exception of purchasing your software), and have a fully functional web site.
